One of the first hockey cards you collected as a kid was from a player named Bill Goldsworthy who played in this new NHL team named the Minnesota North Stars. The team entered the league as part of the 1967 expansion, and you thought the team logo was pretty cool. It was a giant yellow and green ‘N’ with an arm of the letter shaped like an arrow pointing to a yellow star.
You had no way of knowing at the time that Goldsworthy would eventually become known as one of the greatest players to play the game for the team. At the time you also found a Minnesota North Stars hockey puck in a garage sale and picked it up. You’ve held on to it for years not sure what to do with it, but when the team relocated to Dallas in 1993, you bought one of theirs as well.
You liked the way the logo looked on those pucks. Now you can keep both of them safe and protected in our Dallas Stars Double Hockey Puck Display Case.
