Probably the most famous of the goalies to play for the St Louis Blues was Glenn Hall. The Saskatchewan boy had already spent the majority of his career playing in goal before he joined the St Louis Blues in their first season as part of the 1967 NHL Expansion. Hall started his NHL career in Detroit in the 1952-1953 season with the Red Wings. He joined the Chicago Blackhawks for the 1957-1958 season and stayed there until the expansion draft put him in St Louis. He played his final four seasons there retiring after the 1970-1971 season. Hall received a number of awards and honors during his NHL career but never saw any of his teams go all the way to win the Stanley Cup. Hockey goalie souvenir collectibles are unique but not as unique as a mini hockey helmet. If you have one you’ll want to protect it in our St Louis Blues Horizontal View Mini Hockey Helmet Display.
