Washington Capitals Single Hockey Puck Display Case
How To Clean Your Display Case
National Hockey League
The Washington Capitals did not have it easy when they joined the National Hockey League as an expansion team in 1974. The competition was fierce for players. At the time there were a total of thirty teams between the two rival professional hockey leagues which spread the available talent pretty thin. In addition, the star players were going to teams that could afford them. Typically expansion teams don’t have the finances to draw big name players to them and the Washington Capitals were no exception. They finished their first season miserably. The team ended up with many NHL records that still stand to this day unfortunately, those records were not for outstanding achievements. An ownership change in 1999 changed all that. The team was soon able to build a strong on ice product and did just that. If you have a Washington Capitals hockey puck store it in our dust free Washington Capitals Single Hockey Puck Display Case.
